Specifically designed for the young athlete in mind. Ages 11-15 year olds. This class is perfect to improve health and fitness or if they're playing a specific sport. We meet Saturdays from 11-12:30. Come try it out with a 1x trial! Click for more info.
Since I joined a year ago, I've accomplished so many things that I never thought were possible. From hitting PRs on various lifts to getting my first muscle up, it's amazing what your body is really capable when pushed to its limits. Highly recommend!
Before I joined CrossFit I thought I needed to work up to a fitness level then join. I was so wrong. I have scaled many workouts & have lost 83 pounds of fat! I feel stronger. My clothes fit better. My confidence has improved. The support I get from my CrossFit family is amazing.
The atmosphere is so uplifting. Everyone cheering on everyone else as they reach new goals and skills. It's less about what my body looks like, and more about what my body is capable of, and it's so much fun!

3 one hour training sessions with a coach to teach/review all lifts. Then head to classes. (This option is for those with past CrossFit experience but it's been a while). Also receive a Nutrition Consult with Certified Nutrition Coach Laura Vinger.
6 one hour on-ramps. (Breaks down to $40/hr-amount must be paid in full to begin). Learn all movements to feel comfortable before heading to classes. Also receive a Nutrition Consult with Certified Nutrition Coach Laura Vinger.
