You will receive 5-6 training sessions with a coach (the 6th session will be up to the coach's discretion) to learn our warm-up movements, various movements such as box jump burpees, pull-ups, squats, push-ups, toes to bar, front and back squat and all Olympic lifts. Each session will end with a workout. You also receive a Nutrition Consult with Nutritionist Coach Rebecca from www.goodcleaneats.com, plus one mobility session with our on-site physical therapists from R4P.
